 USA Weathervanes customers shop with the confidence of our Free Shipping Guarantee that provides ground shipping at no cost to the customer within the lower 48 United States for all weathervanes. Cupolas under 26 inches for Vinyl or 30" for Wood are also covered under the free shipping guarantee. Cupolas over 30 inches are subject to shipping fee due to their enormous size. These larger cupolas must be shipped via Motor Freight.

 Outside the lower 48 United States customers are required to pay shipping fees. Customers can contact our sales department to obtain a shipping quote or a representative will contact you following your order. Shipping charges will be calculated based on ground shipping to addresses outside the lower 48 states. Shipping quotes to these addresses that are not covered by our free shipping can be obtained by emailing your name, address, phone number and name of the item you are interested in. All shipping inquiries are answered in a timely manner usually within 24 hours.

Express Shipping
 We also offer express shipping for your package if faster delivery is required. Our free shipping guarantee does not cover express shipping. Customers can obtain an express shipping quote by calling toll free 1-877-253-3024 or emailing your name, address, phone number and the name of the item you are interested in. Express shipping inquiries are answered as soon as possible.

Returns - Defective Merchandise

 We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase however occasionally a defective product will need to be returned. 
USA Weathervanes guarantees the products that we sell for a period of one year. Products found to be defective in any way can be returned
for a full refund or replacement. Our customer services representatives will work quickly to replace or refund customers as soon as possible.

General Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may need to be returned due to size color etc. Products purchased from USA Weathervanes can be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. All customers returning items that are not found to be defective must be charged a 10% restocking fee. Nearly 100% of all returns process quickly without problems however, items partially returned or returned without original packaging may receive a re-boxing fee. Customers returning an item for exchange or refund must first obtain a return authorization number from USA Weathervanes. Authorization numbers can be obtained by calling our toll free number 1-877-253-3024.
